The role requires a valid SIA licence, own transport, and a full five-year checkable history, with shifts Thursday to Monday and a 43-hour week, paying £14 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Complete accurate reports and record observations.
• Monitor CCTV systems where authorised.
• Support store management and colleagues as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting regular patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Acting as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour
• Monitoring premises and responding to incidents and emergencies
• Completing accurate reports and recording observations
• Monitoring CCTV systems (where authorised)
• Supporting store management and colleagues as required
• Delivering excellent customer service and assisting customers when needed
