Job summary

Kingdom Group is recruiting a confident Retail Security Officer to support Tesco stores around Catterick Garrison. This permanent role offers 40 guaranteed hours per week and an active security presence to ensure a safe, customer‑focused environment.

You will patrol stores, deter theft, respond to incidents, and complete accurate observations. Valid SIA licence and own transport are required; driving licence is a plus, with flexibility to cover shifts as needed.

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Hours: 40 guaranteed hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Sunday rolling rota

About The Role

Kingdom Group, a key partner to Tesco, is looking for confident, professional, and reliable Retail Security Officers to support Tesco stores in the Catterick Garrison area.

This is a permanent position working as part of an established team, providing a strong and visible security presence to help maintain a safe, secure, and customer-focused environment within Tesco stores.

What We're Looking For

• Valid SIA Licence
• Own transport required
• Driving licence preferred
• Full 5-year checkable work history
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, confident, and reliable approach
• Good attention to detail and sound judgement
• Previous security experience desirable but not essential
• Flexibility to work shifts as required
