Pinnacle Group is seeking a Retail Security Manager to lead on-site operations for Security, Cleaning and Maintenance teams at a prestigious retail site in Sale. The role requires strong leadership, rota management, and strict adherence to SLA and financial targets.

The successful candidate will manage multiple disciplines, ensure compliant operations, and act as the main point of contact for the client with robust reporting and HR administration responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Front Line badge.
• Front Line CCTV licence required.
• Experience in Facilities Management within Cleaning, Security & Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the soft services operation to agreed specifications, performance, and financial targets.
• Provide leadership to delivery teams across security, cleaning and maintenance.
• Produce regular site reports and manage time, attendance, payroll and HR processes.
• Ensure service levels and training records are maintained; lead inductions and onboarding.
• Support client with day-to-day admin, tenant liaison, and contractor coordination.
