Job summary

VPZ Evesham is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist on a maternity cover basis. The role is 20 hours per week, with a starting rate of £12.71 per hour plus commission, based in Evesham.

This is a fantastic Evesham based opportunity for someone looking to work in an exciting, and rapidly growing industry.

Ideally, you will have retail sales experience in a customer facing environment;

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Provide excellent customer care & advice

• Retail sales

• Ensure stock levels are maintained accurately

• Increase customer retention by delivering consistently high levels of customer service

• Assist the manager and wider team in the day-to-day running of the store

This role requires a level of flexibility that includes regular additional hours and overtime in line with business and operational needs. As such, applicants must be legally permitted to work beyond a fixed 20 hours per week.
