• Identify customer needs, recommend products, and promote complementary items to achieve sales objectives.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and shop presentation.
• Keep fixtures, displays, and stock areas clean, organised and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed.
• Process transactions, handle cash, and support deliveries and stock processing.
• Use in-store systems to support customer enquiries and daily operations.
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues to run the store smoothly and support additional duties as needed.
