Job summary

JD GROUP is seeking a Store Colleague to help deliver outstanding experiences on the shop floor. You’ll greet customers confidently, keep displays sharp, replenish stock, and support a high standard of service.

With a positive attitude, strong teamwork, and a willingness to learn, you will contribute to a fast-paced retail environment, including weekend and evening shifts, to help the store run smoothly and drive sales.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with confidence and energy, offering friendly support and helping them find the products they love.
• Use in-store devices to check stock, share product options, and support the full customer experience.
• Keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and fully replenished — making sure displays stay fresh and on-brand.
• Support day-to-day store tasks, including till work, restocking, and following all safety and store guidelines.
