Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging customers through conversation and service.
• Focus on customers during peak hours to enhance the VIBE.
• Provide a store experience that reflects the brand's mystery shop standards.
• Be a positive role model, uphold company standards and support peers.
• Work productively within the team and participate in daily department meetings.
• Assist in training and development of peers and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrate proficiency with tills, shipments and fitting room guidelines.
• Keep receiving and back stock areas clean and organized and support merchandising.
