Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, friendly experience by engaging the customer through conversation and service.
• Enhance the VIBE by focusing on customers during peak hours.
• Provide a store experience reflecting the company’s mystery shop standards.
• Contribute to the VIBE in the store by being positive, respectful and helpful to others.
• Uphold company standards and act as a positive role model to peers.
• Work productively within the team and take initiative to collaborate.
• Assist in training and development of peers.
• Communicate positively and effectively with peers.
• Participate in daily and department meetings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in tills, shipment tasks and fitting room procedures.
• Support timely processing of shipments and keep receiving/back stock clean.
• Assist in weekly tasks such as markdowns, re-tickets, transfers and RTVs.
• Comply with loss prevention guidelines and health and safety regulations.
• Maintain merchandising and cleanliness standards and ensure stock levels are adequate.
