Job summary

DFS Furniture PLC in the UK is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Advisor to guide customers to the perfect sofa, bed or finishing touch, delivering a welcoming and helpful shopping experience in store.

You’ll receive full training, no prior sales experience required, and be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate (£12.71) plus the potential for uncapped commission, flexible hours, generous holiday allowance and retailer discounts.

About the role:

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you are the heartbeat of the store, guiding customers to find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. You'll use your passion for great service to bring comfort and joy into every customer’s home.We're looking for someone friendly and approachable who enjoys connecting with people. Full training is provided; no sales experience is necessary
