DFS Furniture PLC is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Advisor to guide customers in selecting sofas, beds, or finishing touches. You’ll deliver warm service, build genuine connections, and provide expert product recommendations to help customers find the perfect fit.

Training is provided, and no prior sales experience is required. You will work in a store with flexible hours, earning £12.71 per hour plus uncapped commission, with benefits including holiday allowance and wellbeing perks.

About the role

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you are the heartbeat of the store, guiding customers to find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. You'll use your passion for great service to bring comfort and joy into every customer’s home. We're looking for someone friendly and approachable who enjoys connecting with people. Full training is provided; no sales experience is necessary.
