Job summary

DFS Furniture PLC in Salisbury is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to guide customers to find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. You’ll bring your passion for great service to every home, with full training provided and no prior sales experience required.

You'll work flexible hours with an hourly rate of £12.71 and uncapped commission, plus a generous benefits package including holiday allowances, discounts, wellbeing support, and pension schemes.

About the role:

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you are the heartbeat of the store, guiding customers to find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. You'll use your passion for great service to bring comfort and joy into every customer's home. We're looking for someone friendly and approachable who enjoys connecting with people. Full training is provided; no sales experience is necessary

Our store hours are pretty flexible: 10am-8pm on weekdays, 10am-6pm on Saturdays, and 10am-5pm on Sundays. You might not be working every weekend, but hitting those peak times is a great way to boost your earnings.
