Job summary

DFS Furniture PLC in Cardiff is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to help customers choose sofas, beds, and finishing touches with friendly, expert service. You’ll be the heartbeat of the store, guiding shoppers through their buying journey and building trust. Full training is provided; no previous sales experience is required.

Store hours are 10am–8pm (Mon–Fri), 10am–6pm (Sat), 10am–5pm (Sun). Benefits include competitive pay (£12.71/hr), uncapped commission, generous holidays, discounts on DFS

About the role:

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you are the heartbeat of the store, guiding customers to find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. Full training is provided; no sales experience is necessary.
