Job summary

DFS Furniture PLC is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Advisor to help customers find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. You’ll deliver excellent service with honest advice, aiming to build lasting connections and a joyful shopping experience.

With flexible hours and a competitive hourly rate of £12.71, the role offers growth opportunities, generous holiday allowances, and discounts on DFS and Sofology products. Training is provided; no prior sales experience is required.

About the role:

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you are the heartbeat of the store, guiding customers to find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. You'll use your passion for great service to bring comfort and joy into every customer’s home. We're looking for someone friendly and approachable who enjoys connecting with people. Full training is provided; no sales experience is necessary
