DFS Furniture PLC is seeking a friendly Retail Sales Advisor in Colchester to guide customers, showcase products, and build a delightful shopping experience. Full training provided; no prior sales experience required.

This fixed-term role runs 9–12 months with a structured schedule and generous staff benefits. You’ll work to help customers find their perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches, in a welcoming store environment.

About the role

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you are the heartbeat of the store, guiding customers to find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. You'll use your passion for great service to bring comfort and joy into every customers' home. We're looking for someone friendly and approachable who enjoys connecting with people. Full training is provided; no sales experience is necessary.

Our store hours are pretty flexible: 10am-8pm on weekdays, 10am-6pm on Saturdays, and 10am-5pm on Sundays. You might not be working every weekend, but hitting those peak times is a great way to boost your earnings.
