Job summary

DFS is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor to be the heartbeat of our store, guiding customers to choose sofas, beds, or finishing touches with warm, friendly service. Full training is provided, and no prior sales experience is required.

You'll connect with customers, share product knowledge, and help them through the buying journey while keeping the showroom inviting and inspiring a great team vibe. Flexible hours support peak trading times.

As a Retail Sales Advisor, you are the heartbeat of the store, guiding customers to find the perfect sofa, bed, or finishing touches. You'll use your passion for great service to bring comfort and joy into every customer's home.

We're looking for someone friendly and approachable who enjoys connecting with people. Full training is provided; no sales experience is necessary
