Apricot in Crawley is hiring a part-time Sales Advisor to join our retail team. You will be at the heart of the customer experience, helping shoppers find products that suit their style and sharing product knowledge.

You’ll work with a supportive store team to hit sales targets while keeping the store looking its best and aligned with brand standards. Training and development opportunities are available to grow your skills.

We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our retail team.

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience. You’ll help customers find the perfect pieces, share your product knowledge and create a welcoming environment that makes every customer feel valued.

You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative store team, helping to keep the store looking its best while contributing to our sales and overall store performance.

What you’ll be doing

• Providing a friendly and welcoming experience to every customer
• Helping customers find products that suit their individual needs and style
• Developing and maintaining strong product knowledge
• Supporting the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance
• Taking ownership of your responsibilities and completing tasks to a high standard
• Keeping the shop floor well presented and maintaining our brand standards
• Supporting with deliveries, replenishment, stock takes and other store operations
• Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards across the store, including the stockroom and back-of-house areas
• Following all company policies and operational procedures, including health and safety requirements
• Taking part in training and development opportunities to build your knowledge and skills
• Working collaboratively with your colleagues and supporting the wider store team
