Responsibilities

• Providing a friendly and welcoming experience to every customer.
• Helping customers find products that suit their needs and style.
• Developing and maintaining strong product knowledge.
• Supporting the team to achieve sales targets and store performance.
• Taking ownership of responsibilities and completing tasks to a high standard.
• Keeping the shop floor well presented and maintaining brand standards.
• Supporting with deliveries, replenishment, stock takes and store operations.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards across the store, stockroom and back-of-house areas.
• Following all company policies and safety procedures.
• Participating in training and development opportunities to build knowledge and skills.
• Collaborating with colleagues and supporting the wider store team.
