Job summary

Apricot in Crawley is hiring a friendly Sales Advisor to join our retail team. You’ll help customers find the perfect pieces, share product knowledge and create a welcoming environment that makes every shopper feel valued. This role is part-time (4 hours) with a pay rate of £11.60–£12.96 per hour.

You’ll be part of a supportive store team, assist with deliveries, stock, and maintaining brand standards while contributing to store performance and targets.

Qualifications

• No prior fashion retail experience required.
• Customer-focused and service-oriented.
• Eager to learn and develop product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide a friendly and welcoming experience to every customer
• Help customers find products that suit their needs and style
• Develop and maintain strong product knowledge
• Support the team to achieve sales targets and store performance
• Take ownership of responsibilities and complete tasks to a high standard
• Keep the shop floor presented and maintain brand standards
• Assist with deliveries, replenishment, stock takes and store operations
• Maintain housekeeping across store including stockroom/back-of-house areas
• Follow company policies and health & safety procedures
• Participate in training and development opportunities
• Collaborate with colleagues and support the wider store team
