Job summary

You will be an expert in product handling and will continuously improve the customer journey through engaging displays and high service standards. Reporting to the Product Manager, you will support development of the team, optimise store operations, and contribute to strong KPIs including sales, stock, and payroll.

Qualifications

• Prior retail leadership experience with team supervision.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Experience delivering high-quality visuals and store presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and empower the store team to deliver an outstanding customer journey.
• Maintain high visual standards and product placement.
• Duty manage across service, people and operations.
• Support the Product/Commercial Manager to drive KPIs including sales and stock loss.
