You will manage day-to-day operations, coach colleagues, drive sales KPIs, control stock, and ensure exceptional service in a fast-paced fashion environment.

This full-time role includes weekend work and a strong focus on developing talent and recognising contribution.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, preferably in a supervisor role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
• Proactive, adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion and focus on great customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Deliver great product placement and a wow customer experience.
• Maintain high visual standards and a customer-focused journey.
• Duty manage across service, people and store operations.
• Support the Sustainability/Commercial Manager in empowering the team.
• Understand commercial tools and apply them to drive actions.
• Drive store KPIs including sales, stock loss, payroll and conversion.
• Support store operations, health & safety compliance, and team development.
