Job summary

PURESEOUL is the largest Korean cosmetic specialist in the UK. We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to turn data into action across stores, ecommerce and wholesale, partnering with Marketing, Retail Operations, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Finance.

Based in London, the role is in-office, full-time, with an 8:00 am to 4:30 pm schedule and a starting salary of £38,000. You will develop dashboards, analyze performance and drive cross-functional projects to accelerate growth and improve the

Qualifications

2+ years in a business analytics role.
Experience managing projects cross-functionally.
Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex data.
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and at least one BI tool (Looker/Power BI/Tableau).
Experience managing cross-functional projects with tight timelines.
Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Analyse business performance across stores, ecommerce, and wholesale.
Build dashboards and reports for trends, risks and opportunities.
Translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership and teams.
Support demand planning and merchandising with data insights.
Analyze promotional performance and pricing impacts.
Monitor campaign, launch and merchandising results across channels.
Map current processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
Propose and implement workflow enhancements for a fast-paced retail environment.
Lead or support systems upgrades, tool adoption and automation.
