Lidl GB is offering a Retail Operations Graduate Programme designed to develop future operational leaders with exposure across Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain. The 12-month Year 1 regionally places you in a practical role to build an operational foundation and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (2:2 or higher) in any discipline.
• Eligibility to work in the UK on a full-time basis.
• Willingness to travel regularly to stores and Regional Distribution Centres nationwide.
• Full UK driving licence by 1 Feb 2027.
• Interest in retail operations and driving performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Gain operational exposure across Stores, Logistics and Regional Supply Chain.
• Develop leadership, coaching and decision-making skills.
• Learn end-to-end product journey from suppliers to over 1,000 Lidl GB stores.
