Lidl GB offers a Retail Operations Graduate Programme designed to develop future operational leaders. You start with a 12-month regional placement across Lidl's regions, then move to Head Office Tolworth to specialise in Store, Warehouse or Supply Chain Management.

You will work on high-profile projects, analyse performance data, and help optimise transport, inventory and processes while developing leadership and collaboration skills. Assessments include video interview and center day.

Formación

• Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis.
• Willing to travel to stores and regional centres nationwide.
• Full UK driving licence by 1 February 2027.
• Interest in retail operations and driving performance improvements.
• Strong organisational and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Complete 12-month regional placement across Lidl GB regions.
• Rotate through Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain functions.
• Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support delivery of business priorities with leadership teams.
