Job summary

Lidl GB in Rochester is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a sizeable team across day and night shifts, maintaining Lidl's high standards and delivering excellent customer service.

You will manage operations in-store, delegate tasks, motivate colleagues, handle stock and cash processes, and ensure shifts run smoothly. The role offers hourly pay (£15.45-£15.95), 30-35 days holiday pro rata, and benefits including 10% staff discount and enhanced family leave.
