The Role:

• Reporting to the Store Director and Sales Manager. Part of a team of 4 Menswear Specialists.
• Be the driving force behind sales, delivering a five-star experience to HNW & UHNW clients.
• Grow your client book through networking, events, and exceptional clientelling.
• Close sales confidently and exceed targets with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
• Bring the brand to life through stunning visual merchandising and in-store presentation.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups via the CRM system to build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with your boutique team to create a seamless, luxury experience every time.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1+ years in luxury fashion as a Senior / Sales Consultant.
• Essential your sales & styling experience must come from a luxury fashion boutique
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
• A passion for fashion, with your finger on the pulse of trends and editorials.
• A confident, articulate communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced, target‑focused environment.
• A good team spirit.
• A passion for clientelling and building lasting relationships with clients.
• Flexible, approachable, and a natural team player.
• Initiative to think outside the box to create opportunities to network and add value to achieving the boutique’s targets.

Additional to the basic salary:

£30K–£33K

• 1-5% commission on sales (dependant on targets)
