Toyota Grantham is seeking a Retail Manager for our Grantham dealership. You will lead the sales team, grow gross profit, with a focus on finance, insurance and value-added products, while guiding customer enquiries and developing the team.

You will ensure FCA compliance and work with the sales team to coach and improve performance, including proposing agreements to lenders and managing documentation.

• Outstanding sales achievement with finance sales performance
• Highly organised to ensure FCA paperwork is correct

Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a Retail Manager to join our Toyota Dealership in Grantham.

The working hours are Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working every other Sunday (8.30 to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays).

Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of £62,300.

Role and Responsibilities

Within each of our dealerships we have specialists who can guide and offer customers comprehensive support in all of their vehicle financing and insurance requirements.

As a Retail Manager with Listers you will grow all aspects of sales gross profit, specialising in finance, insurance and value added products. You will be at the core of customer enquiries and assist in developing the sales team.

About you

• You may be an existing retail manager, sales manager, sales controller or looking for your first step into management.
• You will be confident in discussing and identifying individual / company requirements.
• Have an outstanding record of sales achievement with exceptional finance sales performance.
• Highly organised to ensure that all company, manufacturer and finance house paperwork is correct and FCA compliant.
• Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
