We are recruiting a Retail Manager for our Toyota dealership in Grantham. The role covers growing sales gross profit with a focus on finance, insurance and value-added products, while coaching the sales team.

You will handle customer enquiries, discuss financial requirements, and work with lenders to propose agreements, ensuring FCA-compliant documentation and high service standards.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Retail Manager to join our ToyotaDealership in Grantham.

The working hours are Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working every other Sunday (8.30 to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturdays and 10am to 4pm on Sundays).

Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of£62,300.

Role and Responsibilities

Within each of our dealerships we have specialists who can guide and offer customers comprehensive support in all of their vehicle financing and insurance requirements.

As a Retail Manager with Listers you will grow all aspects of sales gross profit, specialising in finance, insurance and value added products. You will be at the core of customer enquiries and assist in developing the sales team.

About you

• You may be an existing retail manager, sales manager, sales controller or looking for your first step into management.
• You will be confident in discussing and identifying individual / company requirements.
• Have an outstanding record of sales achievement with exceptional finance sales performance.
• Highly organised to ensure that all company, manufacturer and finance house paperwork is correct and FCA compliant.
• Motor trade, automotive or car dealership experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
