schuh in York is seeking a Management Trainee in our Monks Cross store to kick-start a retail management career.

You will learn to coach your team, deliver an exceptional shopping experience, recruit and train new talent, and drive KPIs within our visual merchandising guidelines.

With full training and progression toward Deputy Manager roles, this 30-hour role offers flexible hours, great discounts, and benefits.

Qualifications
