schuh in Edinburgh, Fort Kinnaird, is hiring a Management Trainee to join our store. This 37.5 hour, 5-out-of-7 days role offers a structured training program to develop retail and people management skills, with the potential to progress into Deputy Manager roles.

You will learn coaching, delivering exceptional service, recruitment and training, and developing commercial decision making within our visual merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and ambitious with leadership potential.

• Role model in store, passionate about retail and customer service.
• Target driven with keen eye for detail and trends.
• Supervisory experience in customer service or retail preferred; full training provided.
