schuh in Liverpool Shopping Park is seeking a Management Trainee to start a retail management career. You will be mentored through a comprehensive training program and learn all aspects of store operations, people management and delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll coach and develop your team, help recruit and train new talent, drive KPIs and contribute to commercial decision making within visual merchandising guidelines.
