schuh is seeking a Management Trainee for our Manchester store. You will learn to coach a team, recruit and train talent, and drive KPIs while delivering an exceptional shopping journey for families and children.

In this 37.5-hour role, you will be trained for future Deputy Manager opportunities, with progression across store roles and Head Office. Flexibility and a passion for footwear are essential.

• Strong customer service and retail interest.
• Able to act as a role model in store.
• Willing to work 37.5 hours across 5 days.
