schuh is seeking a Management Trainee for our Manchester store. You will learn to coach a team, recruit and train talent, and drive KPIs while delivering an exceptional shopping journey for families and children.

In this 37.5-hour role, you will be trained for future Deputy Manager opportunities, with progression across store roles and Head Office. Flexibility and a passion for footwear are essential.

We have an exciting opportunity for Management Trainee to join our store in Manchester, Trafford Kids!

This is a 37.5 hour position working 5 out of 7 days.

Are you hard working and keen to learn? This Management Trainee role will allow you to kick-start your retail management career with the opportunity to become a future leader! For this role, you will need to demonstrate outstanding people skills - as well as being a natural with our 'little customers'.

Our comprehensive training program will develop you in all aspects of retail and people management, providing you with all the tools you will need to take your next step into one of our Deputy Manager roles!
