Job summary

Tesco PLC in Isleworth and surrounding areas is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to ensure stores are safe, functional, and welcoming for customers and colleagues. You will maintain a range of systems and equipment, carrying out planned and reactive tasks with a proactive mindset.

You'll work with contractors, collaborate with colleagues, and use mobile devices to manage daily work. The role supports Tesco’s commitment to inclusive, customer-focused service across our stores.

Qualifications

• ONC or equivalent qualification required.
• Full driving licence essential.
• Health and safety awareness required.
• Clear communication and collaboration skills needed.
• Proficiency with Office 365 beneficial.
• Completion of relevant technical training modules expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate repairs with external contractors to minimise disruption.
• Collaborate with team to deliver quality service and maintain standards.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while keeping energy high.
• Assist management to keep stores operating smoothly and safely.
• Use mobile devices to view schedules and update progress.
• Represent Tesco values and participate in local and national meetings.
