Job summary

Victoria’s Secret UK & IRE is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to protect people, product and property across our stores. You will own the Loss Prevention process in store, work with senior leaders, and help map out future security strategies with the people and product at the heart of the business.

You’ll liaise with local police, implement crime-reduction partnerships, train staff in Loss Prevention disciplines, and ensure adherence to Company Prevention Standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to remain calm and collected in challenging situations
• Strong communication with store team and police demonstrated
• Team-oriented and flexible in a busy retail environment
• Willingness to learn Loss Prevention disciplines and apply standards
• Customer-focused mindset prioritising safety and service

Responsibilities

• Own Loss Prevention processes in store and map its future with team
• Develop and maintain relationships with local police and crime reduction partners
• Use security equipment to deter, detect and control theft
• Train new and existing staff in Loss Prevention disciplines
• Keep store teams informed of security policies and initiatives
