TJX Europe is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer for a Milton Keynes store. This role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience while deterring loss and protecting assets.

You will be a visible, friendly presence at entrance doors and work with colleagues to maintain security and resolve incidents. The ideal candidate will have customer-facing experience in retail or security, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role in a fast-paced retail environment or security guard role is ideal but not essential.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while deterring loss on the sales floor.
• Self-motivated, resilient and driven to make a difference with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive customer experience by being a visible, friendly presence at entrance doors.
• Deter loss on the sales floor and act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.
• Work closely with the store team to maintain security of products and resolve conflicts when required.
• Demonstrate calm, professional conduct under pressure and communicate effectively.
