Job summary

Victoria’s Secret UK & IRE, in partnership with Next plc, is seeking a Loss Prevention officer to protect people, product and store assets. You’ll own the store crime prevention process in collaboration with senior leadership and your line manager.

Responsibilities include deterring theft, supporting investigations, liaising with local police, training staff, and communicating security policies to the team to maintain high standards of safety and service.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Calm, proactive, and communicative team player.

Responsibilities

• Secure store and protect people, products and property; support investigations and handle theft discreetly.
• Build relationships with local police and assist crime-reduction efforts.
• Use security equipment to deter, detect and report theft; monitor store activity.
• Train new and existing staff in Loss Prevention disciplines and align with Senior Leadership on standards.
• Keep store teams informed of security policies and initiatives.
