TK Maxx UK in Livingston is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to deter theft and safeguard customers, colleagues and stock. You’ll be a visible, friendly presence at store entrances and work with the team to maintain security.

The role requires calm professionalism under pressure, effective communication, and a proactive approach to conflict resolution. Training will be provided to develop your loss prevention skills across our retail environment, with opportunities for career growth within TJX

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role in a fast-paced retail environment or security guard role is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible, friendly presence at entrance doors to deter loss and protect customers and staff.
• Work with store team to maintain security of products.
• Demonstrate the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Communicate effectively and be self-motivated.
