Victoria’s Secret UK & IRE is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a fast-paced store, train and coach the team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive profitability, manage visual standards, and implement brand initiatives. A hands-on leader with a passion for retail and people is essential.

You will play a key role in stock control, store safety, and daily operations while supporting a dynamic team and achieving sales targets.

• Oversee visuals and ensure execution with support from the Visual Team.
• Gather feedback and share ideas with store partners to drive business growth.
• Ensure store is safe, compliant, and well-organised with launches, audits and stock checks.
