Job summary

TK Maxx UK is seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to help keep customers, colleagues and assets safe. You’ll be a visible, friendly presence at store entrances, deter theft on the sales floor and act as an ambassador for the loss prevention function.

You’ll work closely with the store team to protect stock, handle security incidents, and demonstrate calm, professional communication under pressure. The role includes an in-depth training programme and opportunities to grow within the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role in a fast-paced retail or security environment is ideal.
• Ability to deter loss on the sales floor and maintain store security.
• Remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Self-motivated and driven to make a difference with good communication skills.

Responsibilities
