Job summary

schuh in Glasgow City Centre is seeking a Management Trainee to begin a retail management career with comprehensive training and potential progression to Deputy Manager roles. The role involves coaching a team, delivering exceptional customer service, recruiting and training new staff, and driving KPIs within schuh’s guidelines.

This is a full-time, 37.5-hour week with a seven-day operation. Ideal candidates are ambitious, energetic, and passionate about footwear and retail.

We have an exciting opportunity for Management Trainee to join our store in Glasgow City Centre!

This is a 37.5 hour position working 5 out of 7 days.

Are you ready to take your customer service skills to the next level? This Management Trainee role will allow you to kick‑start your retail management career with the opportunity to become a future leader. Our comprehensive training program will develop you in all aspects of retail and people management, providing you with all the tools you will need to take your next step into one of our Deputy Manager roles!
