Job summary

Lidl invites you to join a two-year rotational programme across Sales, Logistics and Supply Chain, designed to fast-track your leadership skills within one of the UK’s largest retailers. In Year 1 you’ll rotate through core store roles from Customer Assistant to store management, then gain logistics experience and regional office exposure.

Year 2 lets you specialise and deepen management capabilities, with a final assessment day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2:2 or higher.
• Eligible to work in the UK on a full-time basis.
• Full UK driving licence by start date.
• Willingness to travel regularly to stores.
• Assertive and confident communication.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Sales (store-based) to gain customer-facing experience and progress to store management.
• Learn Logistics fundamentals by rotating through core warehouse areas and join the warehouse management team.
• Explore Supply Chain management with regional office exposure to supplier management and quality control.
• Attend the video interview and face-to-face assessment centre on 27/01/2027.
