Vision Express is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in the UK, delivering outstanding customer experiences, coaching colleagues and driving store performance.

You will work closely with the Store Manager, lead on KPI delivery, recruitment and onboarding, and ensure high standards of service and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong retail leadership experience with ability to coach and develop colleagues.
• Proven track record in achieving KPI targets and driving sales performance.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding and staff engagement.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop colleagues in-store.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, coaching sessions and on-the-job training.
• Drive sales performance through effective KPI management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and colleague engagement activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and service standards.
• Maintain operational excellence and compliance across the store.
• Lead the shop floor and act in the Store Manager's absence.
