Vision Express is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team and help deliver outstanding customer experiences while developing colleagues and driving store performance. This role requires a proven retail leader ready to take on responsibility with a hands-on approach.

Working with the Store Manager, you will lead the team on the shop floor, coach staff, manage KPIs and ensure operational excellence across store functions. A flexible approach is essential to support the business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in leading and developing staff.
• Conduct 1:1s, coaching, and on-the-job training.
• Drive sales through KPI management and customer focus.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and engagement activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and service standards.
• Maintain store operations and compliance.
• Cover Store Manager in their absence on the shop floor.
