Job summary

• Experience operating a Point of Sales (POS) system and other in-store computerized systems; handling telephone communications.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing consumer questions about product features and availability; offer suitable options.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety; retrieve merchandise.
• Perform all cash register transactions accurately (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty program).
• Contribute to store profitability by receiving, replenishing and processing product flow.
• Perform designated keyholder duties as needed (opening/closing duties).
