Job summary

Primark Stores Limited is seeking an Insight Analyst to join our Applied Insights & Analytics team in Reading. You will transform data and reporting into actionable recommendations that support better business decisions, working with stakeholders across Trading, Buying & Merchandising, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, Finance and Customer teams.

Qualifications

Experience in an analyst, insight, reporting or commercial analytics role.
Strong SQL skills to query and interpret datasets.
Ability to translate analysis into clear narratives for stakeholders.
Good understanding of KPI frameworks and performance measurement.
Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and commercial partners.
Track record of using analytics to drive business value and growth.

Responsibilities

Support the delivery of insight requests from business questions to recommendations.
Partner with business teams to understand requirements and data sources.
Use SQL and reporting tools to analyse data and identify trends.
Translate analytical outputs into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting packs for commercial insights.
Support updates and decision-making with actionable insights.
Collaborate with analysts and data engineers to improve reporting and data quality.
