Job summary

Retail Insight in London offers an Insight Analyst role within our Customer Success and Analytics function. You will turn complex data for CPG clients into actionable insights, building dashboards, scorecards and reports to measure promotions, compliance and ROI across multiple markets.

Reporting to the Customer Success Director, you will work with Product, Engineering and customer stakeholders to translate business challenges into practical analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in analytics, reporting, BI or customer-facing insight roles.
• Strong Power BI, SQL, data modelling and dashboard development skills.
• Master's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, STEM or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve customer-facing dashboards, scorecards and reporting across Retail Insight's CPG products.
• Analyse data from multiple sources to deliver clear, commercially relevant insights.
• Help CPG customers measure promotional effectiveness, compliance, revenue growth and ROI.
• Deliver post-event analysis to understand promotional results and inform future decisions.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve data quality issues to ensure accurate reporting.
• Support consistent reporting frameworks, KPI definitions and analytical methods across customers and markets.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve reporting and analytical capabilities.
