Job summary

Essar Energy Transition (EET) is recruiting an HR Business Partner for EET Retail to partner with the retail leadership team across the UK. You will support acquisitions, site openings and a high-growth network, delivering HR services to a dispersed frontline workforce.

You will drive workforce planning, change management and employee relations, ensuring regulatory compliance and engaging site leadership through coaching and data-driven insights. Regular UK travel is involved.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Business Partner, Senior Advisor or similar role.
• Track record of supporting rapid growth and organisational change (including TUPE).
• Strong employee relations expertise and up-to-date UK employment legislation knowledge.
• Commercial acumen and ability to turn workforce data into actionable insight.

Responsibilities

• Partner with retail leadership to translate growth plans into people plans.
• Lead change management initiatives including TUPE transfers and harmonisation of terms.
• Advise and coach managers on employee relations matters across disciplinary, grievance and absence cases.
• Manage workforce planning for new sites and acquisitions with high-volume recruitment and onboarding.
• Develop pipelines for site, area and regional managers through succession planning.
