Job summary

Enertech FM Limited is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our fast-paced engineering and facilities management team in the North East. You will partner with site managers, handling ER cases, recruitment, onboarding and payroll administration.

The role requires strong knowledge of UK employment law, excellent stakeholder skills and the ability to navigate cross-site dynamics. CIPD3+ and proficiency with HRIS and payroll systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Advisor/Generalist or People Partner.
• Experience handling first-line ER casework independently.
• Experience managing monthly payroll administration.
• Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation.
• Proven relationship-building skills in multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers across sites to provide practical HR advice.
• Manage employee relations caseload from start to resolution.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Administer monthly payroll and respond to payroll queries promptly.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate management reports.
• Support HR process improvements and policy compliance.
