Job summary

EET Retail, part of EET Fuels (Essar Oil UK), is seeking graduates for a site-based role at the Stanlow Manufacturing Complex, Ellesmere Port. The program runs five days a week Monday to Friday and starts Autumn 2027 as a two-year fixed-term contract.

You will support onboarding of forecourt sites, analyse data, prepare proposals, and collaborate with logistics to ensure delivery performance while exploring retail innovation projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Supply Chain (2:1) or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills with ability to interpret data and think commercially.
• Proactive and adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.

EET Retail, part of EET Fuels (Essar Oil UK), is at the forefront of supplying and managing fuel across a diverse network of forecourts throughout the UK. The team is responsible for signing up new retail partners, managing commercial agreements, and ensuring seamless fuel supply and retail operations.

Structured around three key pillars -Business Development (BD),Operations (OPS), andConvenience, EET Retail are expanding their network of lease opportunities with individual dealers and cluster groups. The team ensure efficient logistics and supply and enhance customer experience through forecourt innovation and convenience offerings.

As a Graduate in the EET Retail team, you’ll gain hands-on experience across BD, OPS, and Convenience. You’ll support commercial negotiations, help optimise supply chain operations, and contribute to projects that shape the future of fuel forecourts and retail convenience.
