Job summary

Relay in London is seeking an experienced Employment Relations professional to own end-to-end ER cases and partner with site managers across a fast-growing logistics network.

You will apply strong knowledge of UK employment law, handle high-volume investigations, and drive scalable ER processes with data-driven insights to reduce risk and improve outcomes for employees and the business.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end ER case management across grievances, disciplinary, and conduct matters.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law, including conciliation and tribunals.
• Experience in high-volume, multi-site operations.
• Calm, clear communication in sensitive situations.
• Ability to design scalable ER processes using data.

Responsibilities

• Own complex ER cases end to end, including grievances and disciplinary matters.
• Advise and coach site managers to handle lower-level ER issues.
• Manage legal risk, including early conciliation and tribunal prep.
• Build and improve ER processes with data-driven insights.
• Create scalable ER framework across sites aligned with employment law.
• Be visible on site, build trust with operatives and managers.
